Regular ISP xDSL would work...providing the system at the office is set up as a server, and they would log in through a web, or FTP interface instead of PCanywhere, although PCAnywhere would still work.
If the office PC (server) was XP Pro, then all the software is already included (remote desktop etc.)
All they need to know is the IP of the server.
