Thanks for the replies,i tried the searching in the recycle bin and searching for files but no luck.I can' access the site cause it's been taken down for good but when it was up i went through a lot of the info,seeing as everytime you visit a site the pages get downloaded on your hard drive into your temp internet files i thought even if there deleted from the folder they might be somewhere else on the hard drive.Am i making sense here guys cause i don't know all that much about computers.If recovery of these html pages that were in my temp internet folder is possible could you recomend a programe that i can download of the net suitable for this application?
