Personally, I'd go with the VANTEC AeroFlow VA4-C7040 because of the new fan design and the heatsink clip attaches to all 6 socket lugs, not just two. I prefer the added safety of spreading the load between all the lugs (less chance for the heatsink to fall off if a lug breaks).
Of the HSF's you listed, the HHC-001 PURE COPPER.
