Do you know if the prog is compatible with XP? IT amy be possible that it's not.

To get around it try going: right click on desktop > click properties > "Settings" tab > "Advanced button" > click on the tab that names your video card.

I'm doing this from memory, since I'm on my 98SE O/S on my multiboot system. I'm not 100% that it'll be in the place I directed, but it should be around there somewhere.
