I get mine at Home Depot. Any large supply place like Home Depot, Lowe's or auto stores should carry it.

I haven't noticed problem with fumes, but I've always worked with it outside in warm weather. Don't store it in a enviorement that cold and expect good results. Make sure that it has sat inside long enough to be at a workable temp before taking to garage to work with.
