Make sure you read the installation instructions really well...I understand the Zalman Flower uses a different kind of attachment method.

this link to some ultra quiet (18dBA!) NMB 80mm x 25mm case fans. NMB is a good quality brand that has been around a long time. Their fans are solid and just run and run and run.
