Nice thought, but there's one reason it wouldn't work. Iraq has lots of sand. Sand to a cat = litterbox. They'd be too busy doing their thing in the "giant litterbox" to attack. Of course, 10 million cats all using the bathroom at the same time....hmmm.....maybe we could just cover the whole country up in cat dooky!
