Well AOL hasn't tried to influence it yet. I suppose the way AOL sees it, is it would be infinitely more expensive to hire all those guys to work on an in house browser for them, so they come out ahead just throwing a few dollars at the Mozilla project every now and then and just taking what they need from it to integrate into AOL and Netscape.

It makes sense when you think about it.
