Unhappy Sharing Cable Internet problem!!

I have one computer that is serving a cable connection using ics, and it's running win98SE(*duh). Anyway its suspose to be servering to two other computers, one of them a 400 k6-2, 128 megs of pc100(Win98SE also) and that one works fine, but my pentium166mmx, 40 ram(original win98) is not ble to surf the web, i have all the same protocols on each computer, and on the serving computer it always says "3" computers are sharing the net, while my pentium166 is trying to load a page. But it never loads a page, it just comes up with the IE display, (cannot display page). I have all the same setting as i do for my amdk6-400 but to no avail. Does anyone know anything more that i have to do to this machine? I figure since my 400 is working fine with minimal configuration, (Disable DNS, DHCP for WINS, and obtain TCP/IP address automatically) HELP!!?!?!?!
