My friend has a Canon Multipass printer/copier/scanner guy and it all works great until he gets on AOL. Then the Canon status monitor in the systray will no longer detect the printer unless you go through some insane cycle of closing the monitor, starting it back off, shutting on and off the printer. The thing is, if I'm not there to fiddle with it, they can't ever figure it out and need to print things when they are online. Its connected via USB port. I don't know anything about how AOL operates... so if any of you have experienced this please fill me in. Thanks in advance.
