Well here is the problem. Im trying to build a server. It has two NIC's, One is connected straight to the modem. The other one is connected to another computer. I cant seem to get the server and the computer to see each other. It says disconnected. I have tried just about everything. I am using windows XP on both machines. I have done the setup home network and so on. Still doesnt work. Also even though it the other one says its connected i still cant access the web. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

My next option was to try WinGate software and see if that works.
Good idea or no?
