The panel looks cool and if you are into modding it could be somewhat worth it. But if you are not then spend your money somewhere else.
My case has a panel and I don't use it. My system has no heat problems and I have no need of it.
Besides, you need to plug the CPU fan to the panel and some mobos won't start at all if the CPU fan is not plugged to the mobo header.
