If it's only ONE computer having the problem, I would suggest looking at the things I spoke about in my last answer (you'd be surprised at how explicitly configuring the frame type on the PC will alleviate connectivity issues). Additionally, you could download and install the latest client from Novell, then reinstall the printer from Control Panel/Printers.
I'd really need to know the answers to my previous questions in order to formulate a more "specific" answer. (ie: NetWare version, protocols on the server and workstation, etc)
