It may be alright, but you can't be sure since the md5sum info is apparently missing. Try creating a disc image of the install CDs in Nero and burning the created disc images from nero. That should give you an exact duplicate of the original CD. I'm surprised you got your copied CD to boot. Bootable CDs must have certain info placed in specific areas of the CD in order to boot.
