I didn't have a better solution, just stating facts. Faster ISP/NPS is not always an available option.

I know in some areas, comcast ofters a pro package that is 5-6 mbits down about 640 up with about 5 IP addresses, they charge about 95 dollars a month for that. It is available to me, but I don't have that.
