warghoul may have a point, the CPU temps with the PC in my signature seem to be higher than my other P4 2.4B with stock cooling on an Asus P4S533 which sits right next to the other PC and the temps are 41’C and the one is my signature is 47’C.
As long as the heatsink is not too hot touch you should be alright.
BTW both my CPU's are overclocked, the one in my sig is at 3.06 and the other is at 2.7 but regaurdless of the clock speed the temps stay the same.
