You're not going to find a whole lot in the $20-30 range, there is plenty of good ones for $50-60 though. The AOpen and Enlight mentioned are awesome, and the Antec is even more awesome. It is more than you need really need; Antec makes some good cases for cheaper - such as the "Solution" Series. Lian-Li makes a decent case - except for the ugly front bezel - for $65, but without a powersupply.

I wouldn't trust a Raidmax, they seem to get some good press, but not only are the rails weak for its rated wattage, they can be unreliable. Maybe it's because they are shiny or something. Hope you like BBQ!:
