If your system is running stable, don't worry about those temps...they're fine. ASUS motherboards do tend to read temps a little high.

If you have a fan already available, install it as an exhaust and see if your temps improve. From what you've posted, they might now go down by much.
Really, if your system is stable and running well, don't worry about those temps.
