I have nothing but
trouble with
FedX, as well as many people I know. I've often spent the $$ for "two-day" delivery, which *without exaggeration* takes over two bloody weeks!.
Besides myself, I know several people that also continually go thru this with them, and they (fedex) often uses the same, lame excuse:

Hello FedEx how can I help you?
Hi, where's my package I took the day off to stay home to recieve. It's two weeks late now.
Sorry sir, but we have an invalid address and have been waiting for you to contact us.

They give the correct address.

Sir, our driver has been on that route for over 8 years and there is no such address.
