I'd stick with the stock Intel heatsink for a P4.

Are you planning on extreme overclocking? That's about the only time you'd need to use a different heatsink. The stock P4 heatsink can handle overclocking easily.

The stock P4 heatsink is also very quiet where the Tt Spark 7 will more be on the noisy side.
