Well technically (though I do believe its solely for marketing purposes etc.) hyperthreading is not supported by win2k and I originally had it enabled and win2k setup for multiprocessors but I disabled it in an attempt to see if it would fix some of these issues. Im posting from the machine now I mean it runs well enough when it runs but have been having alot of stability issues and Im inclined to believe their software based. Im planning to keep toying with it as I have time.

Oh also Im starting to uninstall some of the windoze updates to try and see if that helps...

Well apparently my .net package was damadged I reinstalled it and then removed it and also removed IE6. I also enabled hyperthreading and changed my driver over for multiprocessing. We shall see....
