Make sure there are no lingering software network adapters from the SBC software. You should only have the NIC listed in device manager, and only TCP/IP, Client for MS Networks, and File/Print sharing in network properties.

Make sure it's set to DHCP (obtain IP automatically).

After a reboot you can run the command "route print" in DOS to see if it's getting an address from the router or not.
