Talk to her. Go easy and don't show your entire deck of cards yet (that means, don't look like you desperately want a date with her).
By talking to her you will find out what things she likes so you know where you can invite her out for a date. Don't commit the same mistake as I did today, of inviting her to some place she doesn't like (I should have asked first); you will be rejected, look like a fool and end up feeling bad.
