If Win98SE doesn't have the drivers for that chipset (I really think it does though...I don't remember having to install any chipset drivers off any motherboard CD when installing Win98SE on any of my BX based computers), you can always go to the Intel website and download and run the
Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility.
