How 'bout earplugs? Just kidding. Honestly though, do you actually *need* all of those fans to keep the system cool? Have you tried disabling the two side fans and maybe the front fan to see what your temps do? Most computers only need one exhaust fan (along with the PS fan), the HS fan and *maybe* the front intake fan. Only real reason for having the side fans is if you have like a really hot-running video card or something that needs the extra circulation. Otherwise, side fans can actually interrupt the smooth air flow path from the front intake to the rear exhaust and make some machines run hotter than without them. I'd try disabling the three fans I mentioned above and see what the temps do. If it doesn't rise drastically, you'll be okay like that. Also, make sure you don't have a bunch of cables and wires hanging down in the airflow path from the front fan to the rear. If there are, zip tie them up out of the way.
