I have the same thoughts on using an old mini fridge to cool my pc, i would think it would be best to duct the air from the fridge to the intakes of you case's air system. You don't want the cd roms to get too cold, mechanically moving things like to be cool, not cold, and electronics like being cold. If you had a bafle of some kind, or an air filter of some kind in between that would eliminate your moisture problem, and at least give you time to catch it before it got out of hand. On the condensation issue, it will happen if you have higher humidity, and are using extremely cold air. Just my 2 cents.
