With air cooling one can expect the case temp to run approx.
10f higher than room temperature.
CPU temps will run in accordance with case temp.
If room temp is high,the same passes to case and cpu.
If a way could be devised to run cold air into case,all temps would drop!
I have found regardless of heatsinks,fans,etc.,
room temperature or air supply to case is the most crucial element in cooling computers.
