There's no way Parangles, other than this...

Any decent ISP is gonna block outgoing mail that's sent from IP addresses outside of their pool, so you'll likely be able to receive mail from the old address, just not send through their server. What you might be able to do, if your new ISP allows this, is send your outgoing mail through your new ISP's server with a return email address of your old one.

So the setup would be...

Incoming server---old ISP's pop server
Mail address------old address
Outgoing server---new ISP's smtp server

Give it a try, see if it works.
