Ok, found a few links specific to setting up other routers for use with MSN, and also a couple of people who have this elusive router admin password that I'm sure would be happy to email to you.
You can telnet into it, or apparently Arescom has some software you can configure it with here...

Your IP isn't likely static, it looks like MSN uses PPPoA instead of PPPoE, though.
