There is no hard and fast rules as to where to purchase DVDs. Sometimes Circuit City or Best Buy will have excellent prices on a few. Sometimes Tower Records or Wherehouse will have good prices. I like older movies, so sometimes the $6.99 bin has just what I'm looking for.
I just holler a lot around my Birthday, Father's Day, and Xmas about what my kids can get me!
