that is a loaded question, as there is no correct answere for you.
there are better quality cases that do cost more and are better built. the case that is best for you will not be the best case for me.
I would not recommend that you buy a case with a powersupply built into it as they usally poor quality one
you would be much better off to buy a case without the supply and buy a good quality spuupl to place into the case
a couple of good brands are enlight, and lian-li for a good case
enermax, and antech are some good power supplies
