heck sarge (army?), i was thinking maybe 4 modems? possible?
also, my modem now is internal, can i add a USB to multi link? i didnt think about the account thing, thats another (price of isp acc.)for every modem?
Also, i am guessing that i need another phone line($) for every additional modem?
my point is that if this is the case, there is no need for me to go any farther because the price just got out of hand.
2x isp=$30
2x ph.line=additional $10
tot=38 bucks to go with 4=around $75
does this sound right?

i am using Win ME, but thats probably about the same as98.
i thought that the modems had to somehow be physically connected by a wire or .....?
ur saying that as long as i have an slot open, just put the new modem in....? Or the USB way?

what about using 2 different ISP's? ATT + NetZero.....
point-using a free ISP along with original ISP?

cost of cable=somewhere around $40-$60.
i had cable once and got rid of it becaus of all the problems. and i hear its even worse now.
there help desk got to kno my voice, THATS bad!
