Sounds like you have the 32gb jumper set. Use the very top diagram in that document.

You should be using 80 wire cables and cable select on BOTH drives, blue to motherboard, black at the other end to master (the original drive) and gray in the middle to the new drive (slave).

If it's seen properly in the bios - probably as 149 gigs or so, it will show up in Disk Manager as unallocated space, just right click on it and create a partition/format it and its ready to go.

You MUST install SP1 on XP before you can do this, thats the only way to break the 137gb barrier.
