Hey, im moving in about 10 days and i have a question about networking for cable. Im going to have one computer in one room on the second floor, and on the opposite side of the house in the first floor another computer. Is it possible for them to both have cable?

I heard if i get wireless on the second computer downstairs anytime my wireless phone rings i will get dropped. Is this true?

Can someone please explain to me my options i have and what i will need to do?

edit: when im talking about "cable", i mean getting a having a cable modem connection to the internet
