Hi, I was wondering if I can OC my hp pavillion 500 MHZ celeron cpu??

Questions.

1.Can OC the cpu?
2. Do I need more RAM if I do?
3. Would I wreck the cpu if I overclock it too high?
4. If my pc won't boot after OC , How do I make it boot and reset the OC'ng settings??

I'm just being preventive
