You should be able to get a few hundred mhz out of that chip pretty easily, especially with such fast RAM. As you overclock, go slowly. Bump your FSB up by smally increments, 5-10mhz, and check temperatures and stability. If temps are hitting over 50C at load, you should probably stop. Also, after each bump in speed run a program like Prime95 (http://www.mersenne.org/prime.htm ) or 3dmark (www.futuremark.com). This will stress the system, if it locks up, your overclock needs to be bumped back. The ultimate sign of going too high is a no-boot but hopefully you wont have that happen.
