I flashed by bio recently and if I set my CPU External Freg to user define it goes from 100mhz to 300mhz and the CPU Multiple all the way to 14x.
I have my system set to aggressive so my CPU External Frequ is set to 200MHZ Multiple set to 10x. When I go to my PC it show me at 2.0 GHZ which is my normal speed anyway. I downloaded PCMark and it shows 2005GHZ as current speed.
I'm doing this for fun to see how far I can push my system. If it gets too hot naturally I will set it back down a bit.
Any advice for a good OC setting
