I will try to get that info together tonight. I clicked on the uninstall option for the d-link adapter from the device manager but after installing the linksys i had it search for new hardware under network adapters and it showed the dlink adapter there even though i had uninstalled and physically removed the device from the computer. Thanks for your response.
