I apologize for assuming you were set on it. If you are not, I would definitely agree with Tin Canary and say that aircooling is the most effective solution in terms of price/performance ratio. Other cooling solutions have always been a novelty, but until they can match aircooling in terms of ease of use and price, they won't be adoptable as a mainstream solution.
As a side note, I remember when Alpha came out with what they thought would be the fastest desktop system (at the time). It was something like 757 MHz, and had some sort of liquid condensation/evaporation refrigeration cooling unit. Needless to say, it didn't last long.
