New system initial boot
I started my new system for the first time and I received a message asking for the boot disk. I loaded a new XP Pro upgrade disk and it began accessing the CD. I was too slow reacting to an F6 key to set up my SATA drives so I aborted the Windows setup per the menu choice. It just told me that Windows was not set up and I'd have to start again. I rebooted but now I don't get any message to put a boot disk in. On power up, the mobo advertisement comes up but then the curser just blinks. There's no response to the CD drive with the disk inserted.
Does anyone know what happened and how I can resolve this? Thank you...
