Windows Programs will run fine under XP with the exception of old burning programs, anti virus software and some more.

Word 97 runs fine, I run it too under XP. Dunno about Money but it should run fine.

As said, NAV 4 won't. But you don't need to buy a new anti virus software, there's excellent freeware around, like AntiVir
