I have another printer, i have to get ink for it tomorrow and I'll try it and see what happens. If I have a bad printer port, what can I do? I've never dealt with this before. Would it just "burn out" like that? It's weird, it was working fine, then it was just gone. Is this "typical" or "normal"? to have a port go bad, I mean?

thanks,
David
