How about this
Antec SX630II or it's bigger brother, the
Antec SX835II? They are both really well made, have good cooling, lots of space to work in and come with good quality power supplies. The only drawback is they're kind of heavy (because of the thick steel they use for the chassis).
Oh wait, not sure if these will work with that Audigy from panel since the 5.25" drive bays use rails to hold the drives, not slotted screw holes.
