Quick synopsis so far:
Harry's parents are murdered by an evil wizard with plans of world domination (Voldemort). Harry is sent to live with relatives who hate/afraid of him becuase he is a wizard. he goes to wizard school (Hogwarts) and meets to good friends (Ron and Hermione), earns an enemy or two (Draco Malfoy), is looked upon with great awe or hatred by his teachers (not well liked by Prof Snape). harry discovers an innate sport talent for quiddich (wizards soccer/polo). Crosses swords with the Voldemort (once in each story) and learns more and more about the tangled web of intrigue regarding voldemort, his returning to life and his followers.
