Thanks for the comments guys,

Unfortunately, while TIG welding the drive bay blanks and other extra holes I didnt need i've got the front too hot and it's distorted, tried pressing it flat again but no luck, I think they still sell the same case at AUT, so i'm off on staurday to get another and start again. This way all the bits i've done so far will still fit.
