Is this a store bought computer or did you build it yourself. If it's store bought then what brand is it? I doubt that youw will be able to buy ports that will fit in those holes.
THIS is the closest thing I could find on Newegg. You don't have to use the fan control features. I'd say the other connector is a Firewire connector and the panel I linked too has one.
