Yep - seems like we're looking at modding the FX5900XT
. Kudos to Tin for showing us that - thought that the only modding that was worth knowing was the Radeon 9500-->Radeon 9700/ 9700 Pro trick - that is one nice trick, though.
As for the RAM you have picked out, I haven't heard of that manufacturer many times before - I would personally just go to brands like Kingston (ValueRAM - look for good chips
) , Corsair, or Crucial.
