I was having trouble installing Windows XP Pro and even bought a new one because it wouldn't load. While waiting for the new one to arrive, I visited this site and read the forum for Windows Software problems and perhaps, why it wouldn't load and it said one problem might be any usb devices that are hooked up to the computer while trying to load the OS could keep it from loading. Do you have any USB devices hooked up to the computer? you could try disconnecting them and see if that might work. It did for me.
