Do you have an ip address??

Start -> Run -> type "cmd", hit enter -> (black box) type "ipconfig"

If there is a number next to IP Address that DOES NOT look like 169.x.x.x, write back with more info, what do the blank pages say, does the router have a WAN IP, etc.

If it does look like 169.x.x.x, that is a Windows auto-ip. Something is wrong with your router most likely in that case.
