Well, specs wise, the Asus is about the equivelant of the MSI board. I'd say go ahead with the MSI board as it is your final choice - specs wise, it's pretty good. Thank you for being decisive. Even though I've almost never recommended nVidia graphics cards, I can say for sure that the GeForce 6800GT is going to be one sweet card - 12 rendering pixel pipelines with GDDR3 memory - wish I had that money (*drool*)
